The Organiser will operate a series of all-round marketing activities and promotional campaigns to generate the widest publicity impact for the 2025 International Property Management & Procurement Expo.

Major Marketing & Promotional Activities:

Lining up the Hong Kong and China-based newspapers and media channels to run a series of special media coverage, feature articles, advertisements and press releases for the Expo;

Advertising in relevant trade magazines, publications and newspapers;

E-mailing and sending direct mailers with promotion leaflets and invitations to target visitors;

Mailing of Complimentary Admission Badges to target visitors;

Online advertising (including banner ads on major trade websites and keyword search on Google);

Posting the event information and online promotion at the Expo's official website and other business portal websites;

Social Media promotion on Facebook, Twitter, YouTube & WeChat;

Listing the Expo's information in international trade fair calendars (both print and online);

Our professional call centre to personally telephone target visitors, international buyers and members of major trade associations;

Placing eye-catching banners and outdoor ad billboards at prime public and high traffic locations in Hong Kong and China;

Contact with influential trade associations in Hong Kong, China and Asia to solicit their support and assistance in organising members to visit the Expo.
